** note** if i could have somehow transported a shave ice home for my mum it would have been easy to choose the flavor. you will notice on the shave ice flavor sign "lihing mui", otherwise known as "salty-seed", that extremely tart dried plum available at asian groceries and loved by select members of my family (and no one else i know). additionally, this stand had the best taro burger!
